Consciousness Coaching

The method is a mixture of psychological modules, instruments, skills, awareness of the inner status, the view beneath, what lies behind the surface of behaviour, the hidden cause.

The core is consciousness, a consciousness expanding skill, a way to recover consciousness and to regain consciousness. A consciousness raising, an unmasking of ego consciousness and a searching for imminent consciousness - a new quality, a higher sphere and state of consciousness. The point is not the selfish mind. It is the witness of selfish behaviour.

The consciousness of the "own" identification is something different - like the witness, which observes without emotions. The aim is to control the ego with his/her sometimes useful brain!

Stumbling in the world of selfishness and ego there are two worlds. One is the world of ego control. It creates space for the witness that looks for, seeks, searches, anticipates the own identifications, the unerring eye for the reactions, which refuses, repulse it. On the other hand there is the ego with its world of thoughts.

The initial drivers for career have to be shuttered and everyone has to answer the three questions of life.

Often too late, they have to answer the questions of love and hate, of you and me, the question of business, optimisation and excellence  but this time with a view to solidarity, the collective, the community and within the context of wisdom, the meaning of life, the source of life.

The problem is when someone loses their job, they believe they are too old to get a new job and they fear taking up a new one. The solution is not Career Consulting. These are people suffering from burnout and the career consulting "masters of disaster" will only send them back. The answer is that people must be brave to live the solution not to be saved.

(Facing the fear of the unknown when the goalposts have shifted or no longer make sense and value drivers have changed requires the ability to develop and live in consciousness. Only then will new revelations surface, a connection of purpose with the inner but now exposed reality reveal itself and here a coach and mentor can facilitate living the new solution.. Managing is making sure people do what they know how to do. Training is teaching people to do what they don’t know how to do. Mentoring is showing people how the people who are really good at doing something do it. Coaching is none of these – it is helping to identify the skills and capabilities that are within the person, and enabling them to use them to the best of their ability.
